Nick Fyffe
Nick Fyffe, b. 14 October of 1972 a Reading, England, began playing bass at the age of 18 today.
in 1997, Having played with the band Funk Assembly, asked for a hearing for a tribute-band Jamiroquai. Simultaneously, through a friend, had the chance to audition with their Jamiroquai: After hearing Jay Kay gave him a big hug and welcomed him into the band. Once you got the job, the tribute-band called him offering him a hearing: Imagine the surprise when Nick has told him to be the new bassist for Jamiroquai!
Thus replacing Stuart Zender participating in the drafting of the albums ‘Synkronized’ Is ‘A Funk Odyssey’.
Nick has played with Jamiroquai until 2003. After the end of his adventure with Jamiroquai, Nick has held several conferences at various universities, and has collaborated with The Shapeshifters.
