As you know last Friday the Jamiroquai performed for F1 Rocks, musical event organized on the occasion of Grand Prix 1 held in Monza, in Italy. The band played at the Stadio Brianteo in front of a crowd of fans of good music and high-speed!
jay kay, big fan of Formula 1 and in particular Ferrari, spent the entire weekend enjoying the Grand Prix and wandering in the paddock and in the shops of Maranello in the company of Red Horse Montezemolo. The icing on the cake of the weekend is definitely the Italian around the track in a Ferrari 458 Italy, alongside the first Felipe Massa Is Fernando Alonso and then at the wheel.

F1 Rocks in collaboration with Live Nation announced today thatPlanet Funk, one of the band's most important electronic-dance music of the last ten years, was confirmed as the opening act Jamiroquai concert event F1 Rocks Stadium of Brianteo Monza The 9 September 2011.
Tickets for the concert are still available and you can buy them online Live Nation or through the circuit ticketone.
Meanwhile on the site of F1 Rocks can read a long Intervista a Jay Kay where in addition to his passion for high speed and the Ferrari, Jay devotes few words to his relationship with the rest of the band. When asked “Jamiroquai identifies a band or is the stage name of Jay Kay when he is on stage?” Jay replied:
I have no doubt a band Jamiroquai. I am part of a band, my name is on the contract, but when we make music we are a band on stage for all purposes.

Greenpeace, known environmental organization, organized a’auction through which four lucky winners will attend the Jamiroquai concert in Paris on 22 November next year and will Jay Kay meet at the end of the show. Tickets were offered directly by Jamiroquai that, like many other artists, are contributing to the environmental cause.
